In this keynote Adrienne teaches the techniques of determination, how to train your attitude in the same way you train a muscle, and how to persevere even when it feels impossible.

No matter the circumstances joy is waiting to be found in the journey. Learn how to use adversity as a springboard and not an anchor. In this award-winning program Adrienne empowers her audiences with the tools to stay focused, ask for help, be effective leaders, overcome adversity, and live the life envisioned.

A deep dive into the nitty gritty details of the signature keynote "Perseverance With Grit". This is the hands-on how-to where Adrienne helps teens zero in on one goal and then write a tactical plan on how to achieve it.  This is the workshop for the big idea they experienced during the keynote "Perseverance With Grit".  It also ensures attendees will leave with a plan in their hand and the confidence to charge forward.

As a performer, choreographer and children’s theatre director Adrienne will lead your entire group through a fun and easy dance routine that ends in a full school/conference/organization dance off! Yes, there is a winner!

This is an ideal FUN program for groups looking to energize their attendees, not take themselves too seriously, and have a great time!

30-40 minutes (depends on the size of your group)

Sometimes you lead. Sometimes you follow. While learning the basics of partner dancing, Adrienne and her dance partner teach the skills of being a good leader as well as being a good follower - on the dance floor, in school, on a team, and in life.  Being an effective leader is powerful, just as being a supportive follower can be influential. The foundation of any great school or organization is leadership: the understanding of how to follow, respect one another and communicate... all skills you learn through partner dancing.

Once Adrienne has worked with your group in person she is in your back pocket! Schedule Adrienne for LIVE virtual follow-ups with your organization. This is the opportunity to ask questions, get personalized coaching, and keep moving forward with your goals. Adrienne does not want teens to "get stuck" and then quit. This is a beautiful opportunity to mentor teens throughout the year.
