Who Is Jim?

Jim "is a Canadian-American actor, comedian, writer, and artist. He is known for his energetic slapstick performances." He first gained recognition thanks to his regular appearances on In Living Color. He went on to make a plethora of movie hits including Ace Venture, Dumb and Dumber, The Mask, Batman Forever, Liar Liar, The Truman Show, Man on the Mood, The Grinch in The Grinch, Me Myself & Irene, Bruce Almighty and the list goes on. Yes he even claims a Golden Globe for Best Actor. BUT he had a tough start... "His family struggled financially and, as teenagers, Carrey and his brother would work eight-hour shifts after school as janitors and security guards at the tire factory where their father was employed. On his sixteenth birthday, Carrey dropped out of school; he began to perform comedy while continuing to work at the factory. Who Is Will?

Will was born and raised in Philly (and you know this if you have ever seen his famous TV show that put him on the map - The Fresh Prince of Bel Air). Did you know Mr. Smith was a rap singer (he started rapping at the age of 12) before he crossed over into TV and eventually the movies? In the 90s every kid in America could rap the opening song of The Fresh Prince. We could also do The Carlton. Will went on to star in hit movie after hit movie including Independence Day, Bad Boys, Hitch, Ali, The Pursuit of Happyness, I am Legend, Aladdin, and many many more. Who is Sara?

Sara is the founder of Spanx! Yes, this woman is the brains behind getting rid of a pantyline and helping us suck in our gut all at the same time...lol. Most women I know have at least one pair of Spanx, do you? Sara is a billionaire businesswoman who grew her billionaire idea with $5000 of her own start up money! Who is Mandisa?

Mandisa is a music artist. The first time I heard this song (Overcomer) was on Klove radio. The radio hosts were talking to a woman who had called in to share her story about being a breast cancer survivor. She talked about this song and how the entire nursing staff had come up with choreography and would perform this song for all their patients who came in for chemo treatments. When you listen to the lyrics I hope it makes you feel as loved and powerful as it does me! Who is Matthew?

"All right all right all right" has to be one of my favorite lines to use when I'm trying to get an audience's attention. Thank you Matthew! Let's just say this guy got my attention in The Wedding Planner. Move over J-lo! In all seriousness, Matthew is a gifted actor whose career has spanned decades. Some of my favorite movies include this talented guy in How To Lose A Guy In Ten Days, Failure To Launch, and Fool's Gold; however, he is also well respected in non-chick flicks and even won an Oscar for Dallas Buyers Club.

What I really want to know about Matthew is whether or not he drives a Lincoln or is just a spokes person! Don't skip this video as he is going to talk about how to find joy!

Who is Admiral McRaven?

McRaven is a Four-star admiral "who last served as the ninth commander of the United States Special Operations Command from August 8, 2011 to August 28, 2014."

I had to look up what the command does so I thought I would share it with you... it is impressive!

"The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM or SOCOM) is the unified combatant command charged with overseeing the various special operations component commands of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force of the United States Armed Forces. The command is part of the Department of Defense and is the only unified combatant command created by an Act of Congress."

Who Is Steve Harvey?

Steve is best known as the TV game show host on Family Fued, but Steve doesn't stop there. He is also an author, comedian, and businessman.

I once heard a story about Steve and his elementary school teacher. She asked every kid to write their dream on a piece of paper. Steve wanted to be on TV so that is what he wrote. He got in trouble for writing that. The teacher called him a smart aleck and accused him of being disrespectful. Steve's dad had a talk with him about his dream and told him "anything you can see in your mind you can hold in your hand." As you and I know Steve went on to be on TV seven days a week and every Christmas Steve sent that teacher a TV so she could see him on TV.
